This was my second time to stop at the Botley guest house and I have no regrets whatsoever. I spent three nights there. The whole house is clean, fresh, smells nice. I was in another room this time, the room that is on the photos and it is true to the photos. It is extra large, with a very comfortable bed and fresh, clean, crispy duvet. I had a peaceful rest and sleep during my stay. The Internet is quick, there's TV in every room. My room's window and door faced to the garden, therefore I had an easy access to the garden. I could sit, eat, have my tea outside, and being a smoker, it was so easy just to step out for a cigi. I enjoyed waking up every morning listening to the birds singing, it just made my days. Jess and Sammy (I think the owners) are wonderful, friendly ladies kept asking me if I needed anything or if everything was fine. I loved that I could set up the temperature and the pressure of the water in the shower. The kitchen is absolutely accessible provided by a fridge, a cooker, cutlery, cups, plates, coffee, tea, microwave, even an iron and an ironing board. All selfservice. The area is quiet. 10 minutes walk to the railway station. The Waitrose supermarket is about 2 minutes walk from the house. I don't know why but there's a lot of positive vibes in that house because I was so inspired and motivated that I created three new book ideas that I will work on in the near future. The first time I chose this place because it is affordable but for the second time considering my good experiences I intentionally wanted to stop there and in the future if I have anything to do in Oxford, I will stop there again. Thank you Jess and Sammy.

The apartment is located on Botley Road and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the centre of Oxford. I had good communication with the host prior to arriving. There is no offsite or on street parking, however, a park-and ride station is about 10 minutes walk away. There is a shared kitchen for guests. We were in Room 3 on the ground floor which overlooked the back garden, was comfortable and very quiet.

Perfectly laid out room. Very clean and towels displayed hotel style. Warm and comfortable. Able to adjust heating. Communal kitchen very clean with tea, coffee etc to use plus a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Even had decaf! Perfect location to town, just a walk in. I parked at the park and ride (£4.50 for 24 hours) and walked down in under 10 min. Under 10 min to walk to town.

There was not breakfast, but there was a fully equipped kitchen with some amenities, like coffee, tea, and some cereals that one could use. The general view from the room was great, to a very peaceful inside garden. The hosts are very kind and strive to keep the house clean.

Gerardo

The room was very clean and new. The bathroom with a modern shower was very clean. We appreciated the self ckin with a personal code to enter the room at any time you arrive. A clean big kitchen with everything at disposal (dishwasher too!). A big garden to relax outside.
